Hunted Down

yesterday, steve irwin, a.k.a crocodile hunter died a sudden death... he was stabbed by a sting ray while filming an under water documentary... he leaves behind a wife and two kids... it is very sad and many people around the world mourn the loss of this guy... (and that includes yours truly)...

i remembered grissom, the guy from c.s.i, said in one of the season's finale "i prefer to know when i'm dying, at least, i can prepare and bid farewell" (it was not his exact words, but it meant something like that)...

got me thinking, which way do i prefer to go? i don't know... perhaps, going suddenly relieves us from pain and worry, but what about the people around us? how are they going to adapt to the sudden loss?

your say... which way do you prefer? i guess many of us believe that when you are due to go, just go... what i am saying is, what if you have a choice, which do you prefer? suddenly or knowing that you have a few more months to go?
